One that you might take for granted, and again we all have varying levels of, but I am very grateful for the opportunities that we have these days

- Education
This can be as basic as the fact that we are lucky enough to have a great education system in this country, and that education is becoming more important than it was years ago when it was expected kids dropped out of school at 14 or 16 years old to start working.
It could be as simple as that information is so easy to come across now, to educate yourself. We now have the internet and available resources everywhere for you to find out about any topic you want to learn about. Of course you do have to be discerning as to which sources of information are reliable and true.
In my case I am so lucky that education was always an important part of my life and my family. My grandmother is a firm believer that nothing you ever learn is wasted. I was encouraged and supported through school and then college. It was important in my family, and therefore it is important to me and hopefully will be to my children too. I am thankful for this as it opens up your mind and your options in life.
I am very grateful for the education that I have been given in life so far (never finished learning!) and for the fact that it was and is important in my family.
